F.A.Q.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What do I need to have/do to become a student at TeacherRobert.com?
A:STEP 1: Visit http://cm.gy/FreeConsultation and fill out the form to choose the date/time/subject for your First FREE session with Teacher Robert and then SUBMIT FORM.
STEP 2: Feel Free to enter the Virtual Classroom anytime 24/7 before your class to get acquainted with the room controls.
STEP 3: To participate in the class, enter the professional virtual classroom about 3 minutes before the class starts. You will need a microphone, preferably a headset (speakers work, but there may be an echo). Use the 3 minutes before class to test your audio settings (Click on the Wrench Icon (Audio Setup) at the top of the room).
Q: Where is the class? How do I enter the Professional Virtual Online Classroom?
A: The class is conducted in a Professional Virtual Classroom. The first time that you access the room, it will take about 1 minute to enter the classroom after the click. It's best to enter the room about 3 minutes before the class is scheduled to start in order to test your audio settings (click on the "wrench" icon at the top of the classroom).
Q: How do I schedule my next class?
A: After your first class or orientation, you can schedule subsequent classes by making scheduling arrangements with the Teacher during each class. If you fill out the form, remember to Click on Submit. An English Teacher will confirm your scheduled class ASAP (as soon as possible)!
Q: What's the difference between a "class" and a "course?"
A: Briefly speaking, a course is a group of classes that focus on a particular objective; a course is a certain number of Virtual Classroom Hours. Pay-as-you-go classes, on the other hand, are normally continuous and cover a variety of English language skills; classes are usually more creative and experimental.
Q: How long is the Free Trial and what happens after it?
A: You can take 1 or 2 or even 3 Free Trial Classes as part of your Free Trial to ensure your satisfaction. After the free trial, there is no obligation to continue or to pay. If you decide to continue, a payment link or a payment invoice (major credit card or PayPal) will be sent to your email address. You have the option to pre-pay for either pay-as-you-go classes or for courses, or for both.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Sorry, it is not possible. So, please take advantage of the FREE Demo Class(es) first, to ensure your satisfaction with the online education program, before you decide to pay for classes. If you need to discontinue your paid classes for any reason, you can transfer/give (as a present, perhaps) the total of your balance of available class hours to a family member or friend. Just let me know by e-mail of this decision.
